Some information for you - a smooth start to your vacation.
You can check into your apartment from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in is possible on request. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10 am.
An outdoor parking space is available for each apartment. You are welcome to park your e-bike or mountain bike in our covered garage.
In the midst of nature, tranquility is a top priority at our Wanda, but we also have little guests staying with us. We ask families with children to follow our vision of a relaxed get-together of young and old and to enable other guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We are happy to provide you with a crib in your apartment on request.
Our prices are valid per apartment/night. We charge a one-off fee of € 75 - 85 for the final cleaning of the apartment. Our prices vary depending on the apartment category and occupancy in the specified seasons. There is also a local tax of € 2.60 per person/night (from 14 years), which will be charged separately during your stay.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with two or four hotplates, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A dishwasher is only available in the Garden Suites. All necessary cooking utensils as well as washing-up liquid, sponge and tea towels are provided.
Please inform us in time if you are unable to attend your vacation.
Cancellation conditions apply whether the canceled rooms are re-let in whole or in part. Cancellations will only be accepted in written form. However, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the booked value by bank transfer within 2 weeks to our account, in order to make the booking valid (Raiffeisen Partschins, IBAN: IT61Z0817558690000300011541, BIC/SWIFT: RZSBIT21025).
Leave your car parked. To move in comfort, we provide you the South Tyrol Guest Pass for your entire stay. It allows you to use all public transportation throughout South Tyrol and some cable cars. The Guest Pass also allows you to visit approx. 80 South Tyrolean museums.
Despite our love for animals, pets are not allowed in our apartments. Smoking is also prohibited in our apartments.
